Cancellation Policy – We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and any appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice will incur a £20 charge. Please note; customers using insurance or private medical cover are unlikely to recover these charges.
There will be no charge for cancellations outside the 24-hour window. For online bookings, any credit will be returned to your Response account to use for future bookings. Alternatively, if you require a refund please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
