After graduating I knew I wanted to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I am particularly passionate about sports rehabilitation. Being compassionate is the key to being a successful physiotherapist.
I find being a physiotherapist very rewarding and I am lucky enough to say that it’s more than “just a job” at Response Physio. I have always believed the motto ‘Doctors save lives, and us physiotherapists make lives worth living!’ Every day I get to help people regain independence to their fullest potential, and help athletes return to the sport they love. We have a wonderful team at Response, full of support, care and enthusiasm. I look forward to a successful career here.
Charlotte Cameron - MSK Physiotherapist
As a regional lead clinician for the South West, I manage of team of Physiotherapists at our Farnham, Brighton, Eastbourne, Southampton, Hampton, and Epsom clinics. My role is to make sure they all run smoothly and that our physios are well trained and experts in the services we provide. We have a great team in our region with excellent physios - which makes my job easy!
The Response team is full of great people from the office to the clinicians. They are all a fun-loving bunch, which makes for a great work atmosphere and enjoyable work life. It feels great to be a part of an up and coming company that is going places. Exciting times!!
Phil Rushmere - Regional Clinical Lead
I started working for Response Physio & Sports Therapy when I moved to London from Italy in 2019.
I work with an ethos of education and empowerment to ensure patient understanding and participation in their treatment. Understanding and learning how to deal with your pain is the best strategy to solve the problem in the long term.
At Response, I found the perfect environment to express myself as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist. The management and team have been very supportive and helped me think critically about my role and practice as a physiotherapist to ensure the best possible service for our patients.
One of the things I like the most about working for Response Physio is the effort made by the company to ensure every physiotherapist has the chance to share and discuss knowledge and experiences with the other physios.
I have learnt a lot working here, and I can’t wait for what has to come in the future.
