What is Hydrotherapy ?
Hydrotherapy or aquatic physiotherapy is a form of physiotherapy practiced in water utilizing the unique properties of the water to allow the right level of exercise to be performed for maximum effect.
The water in the David Lloyd pool is approx. 34 degrees, allowing your muscles to relax and ease the pain in your joints. The buoyancy of the water unloads the weight of the body, reducing stress on joints and allowing freedom of movement.
