Our team of clinicians provide on-site education presentations, workshops and hands-on training using our 20 minutes ‘in a nutshell’ approach designed to be engaging and effective.

Example of education presentations topics includes: Breath better for physical and mental health, Get ahead of RSI, Shoulder health for manual handling, Low back pain, Home-working with or without the correct equipment.

Examples of ‘hands-on’ workshops and training include: Practical and applied manual handling, Stress management, Leading a healthy lifestyle, Nutrition and mindfulness

On-site prevention modules can be combined with on-site or virtual treatment services.

Workforce & Workplace Assessments

We help employers reduce workplace risk and the likelihood of MSK problems occurring. By identifying the risks within your working environment based on roles, people and processes we can deliver a personalised programme which addresses and reduces the risks. We can also help employers towards compliance with HSE and other statutory guidelines.

Workforce and workplace assessments are delivered on-site, by qualified MSK physiotherapy experts and include:

  • Health checks and MSK screening
  • Job task analysis 
  • Ergonomic evaluation of an individual or workplace 
  • Ergonomic risk assessment of specific tasks identified as risk factors 
  • Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)
